Régine Café has been serving brunch on rue Beaubien Est, in Rosemont, since 2012, under an English tea-room decor: chandeliers, wallpaper, big armchairs in sharp colours.
Pierre-Luc Chevalier, Maxim Lepage and Charles Deschamps, alumni of La Cantine, built the place around a character: the ideal aunt who feeds you too much.
