Musée du chocolat de la confiserie Bromont

In an Old Village house, the Bromont confectionery pairs its shop with a genuine little museum tracing cocoa from Mayan pod to modern bar, backed by antique moulds and period posters. It's also a neighbourhood table: breakfast means chocolate crêpes and a hot chocolate thick as pudding, in a room that smells of ganache from morning to night.
