A pioneer of lavender growing in Quebec since 2004, Bleu Lavande left Fitch Bay in 2021 to gather its fields, distillery and shop at the gates of Magog, along Route 112. From late June to mid-August, tens of thousands of plants tint the hills purple — you wander freely, chair in hand, picnic baskets allowed and leashed dogs welcome.
