Opened on 20 November 2024 on Second Avenue, Bar Snack is the neighbourhood bar rewritten by Iain Griffiths — the Australian behind London's White Lyan and Dandelyan, and co-founder of zero-waste collective Trash Tiki — with Oliver Cleary, who runs Minnows in Greenpoint. The house line says it: dressed-up classics for dressed-down people.
